Glen Bressner has spent over 35 years investing in people and ideas with the power to create lasting impact. As a seasoned venture capitalist, he has participated in more than 100 equity financings and served on the boards of over 35 companies—many of which have helped reshape industries and expand access to opportunity.
Glen co-founded and served as managing partner for a series of early-stage venture capital funds dating back to 1985. His work has focused on backing entrepreneur-led ventures with a strong emphasis on values-driven leadership, long-term partnership, and regional economic development, and he has participated in many successful M&As and IPOs.

He also served as a board member and partner in Alum-a-Lift, Inc., a family-owned manufacturing business sold in 2024 to Sweden’s Investor AB.
Glen’s civic contributions include serving on the Board of Governors at St. Christopher’s Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia and chairing PACT (formerly the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group). He also co-founded Leader Lehigh Valley, a nonprofit that brought The Leader in Me framework to over forty public schools—reflecting his deep commitment to youth empowerment and educational equity.
Glen holds a BSBA, cum laude, from Boston University, where he lettered in basketball, and an MBA from Babson College.
